How to use the razor?

Just after grounds have been tamped and placed in the portafilter of the Breville BES810 Duo Temp Pro, place the razor dozing tool onto the coffee puck and rotate it, pressing down slightly, until the metal on the razor’s edges meets the portafilter walls. To remove the excess, tilt the portafilter slightly to the side.
